arena & Swimming Australia partnership continues to flourish 

Swimming Australia and iconic swimwear brand arena continues to flourish following two successful years in partnership. 

The collaboration began in January 2017 when arena became the official supplier of competitive swimwear and equipment for the Australian Dolphins swim team. 

Swimming Australia has in turn helped promote arena products nationally. The Australian Dolphins stars who wear arena include world champions Mitch Larkin, Emily Seebohm, and the Campbell sisters Cate and Bronte. Swimming Australia continues to work closely with arena to enhance elite performances in the pool, while also helping to grow the company’s business in Australia.

As an official partner, arena will be present at Swimming Australia’s national events in 2019, including the Australian Swimming Championships and Australian Age Swimming Championships in April, Australian Swimming Trials in June, and the Australian Short Course Championships in October.

Jacco Verhaeren, Swimming Australia’s national head coach had previously worked with the arena team when he coached in the Netherlands and had seen the passion they displayed at the elite level and keen to see even greater achievements through this association. 

Luca Belogi, Europe & Int markets Chief Sales Officer, was equally proud of the partnership, which he described as “a key pillar” of their business development. He noted that the Australian Dolphins was a team with a long history of wins in the pool. Through arena’s technology, equipment and continuous support, Belogi said, they were making every effort to ensure the Dolphins’ ongoing success.
